Steph's accomplices decided to drag take us on a final walk before they leave on Friday!!! They dragged took us right up the mountains again (making sure I was fully knackered before they leave) pffft no sympathy for an ageing Munchie!!!
Below are a couple of pics of my tormentors!!! Also one of the Moufron.

I hope you've had enough training to do your own walks when you're on your own :D

Ken, are all the walks you have done accessible directly from the campsite?

    Some are but not all.
It is about a kilometer to the foothills of the Espuna.
If you do say a 3 hour walk you are well into the Espuna!
Or you can cycle so far in then lock your bikes to a tree or pole then walk out!

Hope you are going to keep up the good work we've been doing with you when we're away and keep posting your photos so we can judge your progress.
    With and without jackets :)
