An engineer's solution on how to keep your bird moist this Christmas!
Don't need any of that high tech nonsense... just deep fry the b*gger ...

Jesus.....boiled bloody turkey.
May be moist, but i like a bit of colour in the skin.
I use the same method as I do with chicken,I've made a cradle out of old bakeing rack bent ,then lightly butter some foil and lay Turkey/chick upside down and bake for 50% of cooking time so all the juises run into Brest then turn and cook conventionally. Never had a dry Turkey/ chicken........Martin
