I want to fit reversing sensors on my 2007 peugoet 207 verve and need to know the colour of the live wire to the reversing light so I can take the power for the sensors when reverse gear is selected

cannot remember the color but when i fitted one i used a 12v tester the one that lights up when you find live .put one end to earth ,some one on brake ,check both wires and you have found it oh:

Wiring colours can be notoriously inaccurate
You will need a test lamp. with ign on select reverse and probe wires to locate,it will be the only 12v live at the light unit, or without test lamp trace the wire or metal contact/track from the centre of the reversing light bulb back to the light unit plug, that will be the positive:thumb:
