Having previously moaned about the completely useless rear view mirror stuck in the middle of my windscreen, I would now like to get this reversing camera issue off my chest.
I have a factory fitted reversing camera on my van which I would be delighted with if it could look backwards. As it is I can see a normal view of the back of the van, I can broaden that into a funky curved wide angle view, I can zoom into the very middle of the back of the van, I can flip the image left to right and right to left, brighten, darken, add colour, go monochrome even listen to people talking behind my back through the inbuilt microphone, but I cannot tilt the darn thing to see the road behind.
For heavens sake Mr Designer/Manufacturer did it never occur to you when deciding on all of these gimmicky features to install that the consumer may just want to be able to look backwards!:Angry::Angry::Angry:
I feel much better now that's out in the open.
