I retuned my Humax TV with built in freeview and I could not get Channel 5 or ITV 3 and 4 etc.
As I am in Poole on the boat at the moment, I called in at my wholesaler who is a big Humax wholsaler and spoke to them about it and the solution on all Humax freeview boxes is to go to factory default settings (passwoord is normally 0000) and reset to default. and not to just retune.
I now get all the missing channels, will do the same to the Humax's at home when I return home.
