Other than trying Burstner (which will either not have one or charge a fortune) I'd second Gellynecks suggestion. The covers tend to be toughened glass which is heat treated after cutting to size but if it doesn't get hot in use a cheaper option that's just as safe is to use laminated glass which is simply cut & requires no further treatment. There'll be a few colour options and you will need to ask for ground edges.
Looking at the sink. It looks Similar to one they fitted to a Swift range?. If so Try O`Leary near HULL (Dunswell). They get stuff from quite a few British Makers when a production run ends. Another possibility is Tockwith? (Nr York), but I am not sure if they are still in Business.
I think I would be making a pattern in hardboard and trying the local glaziers. Drilling and polishing is quite easy before they harden it.
You may have to have both pieces mad to get a matching colour
