I keep reading about 3D printers and was wondering if it is possible to make replacement bumpers using this technology rather than waiting weeks for a piece of flimsy injection moulded plastic at vast expense? I'm sure some "techies" out there may have a better idea than I.

You would need a BIG machine and a 3D drawing/scan of the original. It would be much easier to repair the original or even have a mould made and recreate it in fibreglass.

I was recommended this place for replacement bumpers. I haven't used them myself but I've seen their products on another Hymer and they certainly look good.
