Just had a phone call from the Renault call centre. They say my Master van, which is waiting to be converted, has a minor recall. Nothing to worry about but please book it in to my local dealership for the work to be completed. Rang my dealer and the minor recall is a new back axle, how trivial, wouldn't have bothered. Also when the call centre were on they stated my Donnington motorhome, also on a Master needs a service after 12 months. No matter how much I tried to convince him it didn't he kept on. It actually does not need a service for two years. This must be a new tack to drum up work and rob us. Please be careful as this is a new scam from at least one manufacturer.
