The cooking rack is a useful addition (no p&p if added to Remoska order) as can be used to keep food just off the base of the ban (no soggy bottoms) or raise up items to cook quicker - pizza or small pieces of meat for example.

We bought a Lakeland refurb. Grand Remoska a short while ago (bit cheaper then http://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/lakeland-refurbished-grand-remoska-£69-99-ebay-5-only.146406/) & although the box was tatty the cooker looked new & unused & all their refurbished electricals come with a one year guarantee
Know that a few Funsters have been considering buying one of these so hope this helps

We bought one of those thanks to the heads up from @Wombles and we're very pleased with it - we're still using it now we're back home, in fact it currently has some croissants in it (late breakfast due to getting up late - the France Passion book just arrived and we were looking through it in bed).
