Reference P690XFG (1 Viewer)

I am very new to all of this and I am considering /researching my first purchase.
Can anyone out there point me in the right direction for any on-line reviews made re: Pilote Reference P690.
Obviously I really need to know about what, if anything, are the major pitfalls to look out for ?
I have seen a 2007 model with 56,000KM on the clock.... As we live in Italy it is a left hand drive.
I would appreciate absolutely any information and advice !

2007 - would that be a juddergate FIAT chassis. If so make sure it was updated.
