We own a 1998 Peugeot Elddis motorhome. We are in the process of recovery the front seats, no problems with that but how do the arm rests come apart? Only want to cover the top, as it is now but I can only see a pin in the armrest, does this hold it all together?

started when I was 11 with my parents-forgot to stop!been real one since 1980!
I had my Hymer Captains seats recovered by a mainstream upholsterer. He advised me what material I should buy as his choices of suitable cloth was limited.
No need to go hunting for a specialist just look up 'furniture restorers/upholsterers' in yellow pages.

There's always one, anyway they prise off with a long thin screwdriver. We are recovering them ourselves, cost about thirty quid, all in.
