It's that time of year again to renew the M/H insurance. Have been insured with Caravan Guard up to now with no complaints, but thought I would shop around to see if anywhere was cheaper. Phoned AIB & got a quote from KGM at Lloyds that seems very competitive and about £100 cheaper than CG. Fully comp; includes 180 days EU breakdown cover, UK homestart, nationwide recovery, repatriation, no length/height/weight restrictions UK or EU, £3.5K contents cover,£250 excess, £90 windscreen excess with no limit on number of claims. Max. 8000 miles p.a. Has anyone heard of or had any dealings with KGM and has any comments, good or bad please? Sounds a reasonable deal but have never heard of them before. Will also try Comfort later.
Thanks. Chris.

I'm with markerstudy through AIB and never heard of them either so no idea how well they will tread a claim if I have one.
I just hope for the best

Hi Chris, I am with Safeguard... including EU cover with AA which was excellent when I needed it.
