First moho 11/2013, second 11/2014 current from 09/2019.
Have a great trip, please let us all know how you get on. Would love to visit Jersey but thought the ferry was very expensive and the island not Moho friendly?

We'd love a trip to Jersey too.

Am I right in thinking you have to have a site booked before they let you and your motorhome on the island?

Going there in August to a wedding. Not in the motorhome as two expensive and not allowed to drive around, you have to get a pass to drive from ferry to campsite so we are going in car and booked a B&B. Let us no of any good pubs for food.

thanks for the good wishes, we have been before with the van, the ferry cost this time is £362 for the two of us return, that includes an overnight cabin for the return journey, the permit costs nothing and is all arranged by the site we booked with, it was e-mailed to me within a couple of mins. of booking just print it off and stick on your screen. you can drive around in your van but you must return to your site each day, so no wilding !! having said that the roads are not great for big vans so we just use our bikes and I did hire a car for five days... its cheep enough.we stay at rozel bay camping site, best out the lot very nice with sea views ,pub down the road with good food and beer, outdoor swimming pool, very friendly people, they even come and meet you from the ferry and escort you to the site. all in all a great place for a trip, cant wait! you should give it a try, you wont regret it .
