Hi we are going over to Normandy soon ! Want a good camp site an hours drive from Dunkirk ? Then another site north of Paris ? Any ideas ?

we had two days on thee aire at ouisteran just outside caen which was right on the beach dont think anywhere in Normandy is an hour from Dunkirk

Excellent and reasonably priced site in Normandy, but bit more than an hour to Dunkirk - Camping Saint Claire at Neufchâtel-en-Bray. They also have a new(ish) private aire next door, which the owners built a couple of years ago. Outside peak season the campsite offers the ACSI discount - €14 (1 Sept - 15 Oct '15)

Only a very short distance off the A28 free autoroute. Pleasant town with cheap fuel and also Lidl and Aldi supermatkets, as well as a French one too.
