Could not get into Fun this morning in windows 8.1. Rapport is blocking it as when disabled Fun loads ok.

It is OK on Internet Explorer and when using Android.

Any ideas as I don't like Rapport turned off!

Hi Ken

I use Rapport with Chrome browser.. and the Fun site is ok

have you cleared the browsing data on Chrome ?

if that doesn't work you can remove a site you manually added to Rapport ..

For Windows:

Open the Console (Start Menu > All Program > Trusteer Endpoint Protection > Console)
Under "Trusted Websites", click on "Browse Trusted websites" and go to "Websites you manually added"
Locate the site you want to remove and then click "Remove this site"

Fun is on my trusted site list Jim. It is blocking ANY site on Chrome pffft.
When I turn Rapport off everything goes back to normal.

Chrome just will not open properly when Rapport is running.

All other browsers are OK.

Just remembered Ken, I had a similar problem in 2012 and contacted Rapport about it..

If I recall correctly I resolved it by re installing Chrome with No extensions..

If you have cleared the cookies and browsing data try disabling third party extensions..

this was the reply I had from Rapport
Hello Mr. Allan,

Thank you for contacting Trusteer Technical Support.

Have you tried restarting your computer since this first occurred? If not, please try this now.

If this does not resolve the problem, can you please tell us which other security products you are using?

Can you please tell us which version of Google Chrome are you using?
You can check this by clicking on the wrench shaped icon in the browser menu and choosing "About Google Chrome".
Alternatively, you can write "about:" in the address bar and press "Enter".

If you have other browsers installed on your computer - does this issue occur there as well?

Additionally, can you please send us a problem report via Rapport's console? It will send us Rapport logs from your PC which we can analyze.
In order to do that:
1) Open Rapport Console (Start > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Rapport Console)
1.1) If you are prompted to 'Start' Rapport, please choose 'No' and instead send us the logs manually by following the instructions seen here: http://www.trusteer.com/support/gathering-logs-windows
1.2) If the console opens normally without any error messages, proceed as shown below.
2) Click on "Report a problem" in the "Help and Support" widget
3) Fill in some identifying details (such as your email and the ticket ID) and send it to us

We will analyze the logs and get back to you with our investigation results.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Should you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us by submitting the following form: http://www.trusteer.com/support/submit-ticket
We also have helpful information available in our FAQ: http://www.trusteer.com/support/faq

Sincerely,
