Rapido 2006 995m fuse box (1 Viewer)

Hi all

Please help as I'm starting to pull out what little hair I have left.

I'm trying to remove the fuse box on my Rapido 995m the one that's on the steering column.
I'm trying to install some electrical equipment but can't figure out how to drop the top half of the fuse box.
All the other bolts are out

Just to let anyone know that decides to remove the fuse box.

The top bolt by the steering wheel has a captive nut. If the bolt just keeps rotatin whils trying to undo it the nut has "let go"
This is where it becomes a pain as you need to cut the plastic around the nut to get the bolt and nut out together. Unfortunately there doesn't seem any other solution.
