Rally album Stratford (1 Viewer)

Hi Jim .... downloading photos to the Rally Album for Stratford told that I cannot download any more as I have reached my quota. Do I have to delete some of the photos from that album at the beginning to fit them on please? TY.

Hey Joy, There is a limit on the total filesize of files that can be uploaded. I will look into this and get back to you shortly.

Joy, just a couple of questions so I understand this correctly.
Are you trying to upload multiple files at once? Or does this happen when you try to upload a single file as well?
Can you copy and paste the full error message please?

as an "aside" when I click the thumbs up button to like a photo it gives a thumbs down with the number 1 next to it

That's correct Gail, The thumbs down icon is to allow you to take off the thumbs up you gave. The number is the rating for the picture.
