Lovely drive to Cashel on the shores of Loch Lomomd. Pitching up and noticed a drip from the front end. Pinhole in the radiator. Fortunately I have been able to get some radweld to tide us over til we get to a garage. Meant to be heading Inverness way so I called kwik fit. £300 fitted and the earliest they could do is Tuesday. Not very keen on kwik fit but is it worth going somewhere like that in case there is an issue again , as they are up and down the country? Or can any one else recommend a garage near here or Inverness that would be better. Or should I just wait til I get home?

Many thanks

Gordon, with a leaky radiator:Sad:

hi. think i would seal it with rad weld or barrs leak and carry a spare tube just in case. might go on for years if its sealed . might also look around for a new one .but keep it in the box and leave it in the van. might never need it but if you do you have it.
