Hi All,
after a cracking long(ish) weekend at Stratford upon Avon, right on the Avon - great fireworks displays and half decent weather - we got up at the crack of dawn, grey tank and loo emptied and off we went to out run this storm supposedly for tonight. Home now, van cleaned and scrummy warm in the house.
First time for us in Stratford proper and what a cracking place, must have been something going on there (fairground and markets in the town) on top of the campsite frivolities of bands, Halloween dress competitions, hog roasts and fireworks. Loads of Japanese tourists in the town, everywhere.

Anybody else going to be outrunning this threatened tempest - who's going to batten down the hatches and live through it in the van?

Regards,

Trikeman.:winky:

Here at the meet in deepest Wales,,,, some have just left to beat the storm...

Some are off tomorrow..

And if it`s as bad as they say it`s going to be, a few are going to stay put till Tuesday and let it all blow over before we depart... :thumb:

Just started to pour down and the wind is getting up...
