quick question regarding on board gas tank vs propane bottles (1 Viewer)

Recently up graded to a a class which has on board gas tank which holds 120L of gas and also got a locker with a 13 kg and also a 6 kg bottle . I no the filling the tank will be cheaper than buying bottles. but can not get my head round how many liters is in a 13 kg bottle ??? anyone know the maths on this ???

How much gas do you need?

I manage on 2 x 4.5kg Calor bottles

thanks for the answers looks like it be a lot cheaper than bottles in the winter months

That is a very big tank, mine is 35 litres

How do you get an on board gas tank? And why bottles as well.

since a child
costs the same to fill bottles as tanks .
but in spain in winter bottles are cheaper than filling tanks . and in morocco well bottles are so cheap you want to fill your camper with them to come home .
