Hi can anyone please answer my question, do children still need to use a child seat when travelling in a motorhome cheers Sean

If the child is young enough to need a car seat, then I'd say yes--they can fly a long way in a motorhome in an accident/ sudden stop. And the injuries don't bear thinking about.

Im sure depending on age they must be in a child seat and if the only seatbelt is the front seat then they must sit there. Have a think about your question though and never mind the law would you want to sit a child that young in a vehicle without one
