The scenery is fantastic.
Having chosen to opt out of doing the normal easy (longer) routes through the tunnels or motorways /toll roads.
Have driven the full length of journey starting in Roscoff France to at the moment the Costa Daurada,( The Golden Coast) non toll or M/Way. At a steady pace of 55-65mph
So if you can stay awake sit back and enjoy :)

I did that road back in August..
Found the French side a bind and although great scenery think I will stick with the Somport tunnel.
But as said if your in no rush then why not :)

I love the route over the mountains. Col de Portalet is a lovely drive. We have breakfasted there having left Laruns at 7am. Half the fun in a motorhome is the journey and this is one of the best!
