Tried an overnight stop at The Halfway House at St Jidgey on A39 on Saturday. It would have cost £7.50 but as we ate in the pub, the stop over was free. The landlady gave us directions of a good place called Old Town Quay where we got our bikes off the van and onto the Camel trail between Wadebridge and Padstow. Good food, friendly landlord and landlady and breakfast in the morning too. Will definately be going back.
