Hi all; We have a Propex Malaga 4E water heater that to be honest gets little use.
However; for the last couple of months it's been "winking at me" i.e. the diagnostic light has been flashing 3 times then pausing.
Apparently this means there is either a low or high supply voltage to the unit. Just what that might entail I have no idea, so thought I'd ask.

I've drained water from the whole van so haven't tried to test whether or not the heater will fire up.
The leisure batteries are regularly charged up over winter, and the battery level indicator is at "normal". The gas supply is not turned off.
I'm tempted to just take it up to Mick at Countryside Motorhomes before we use it next, but thought I'd ask if anyone has any suggestions, (I like to try to understand these things).
Is it maybe just a "lockout' that I need to clear?

Regards,
alan

That could be it JJ, but the manual doesn't mention, which is a bit surprising.
I believe that the 4 can't be lit if say the boiler had been damaged by frost. We had that happen a couple of years ago!
cheers

Propex say that Malaga has experienced a high or low voltage, so I must do the reset procedure.
I'll leave it until the next trip.
Thanks for input

What is the re-set procedure for the 4E?
