very helpful as the fault finding guide lists 10 flashes as "other faults" try resetting and purging any air. but heres the manual anyway

ring them their technical back up is first class actually there whole set up is pretty good when you consider how reliable there heaters are you see very few problems with them on the various van forums im subbed to
