hi all, i have a project 2000 electric step. the plastic cog in the gear box as cracked. does anyboby know where i can get a new one from. cheers.

Used be service eng. and super glue on plastic gears got me out of a lot of trouble, worth trying.

There is a brand new complete Project 2000 step on ebay, item number 170521124261, for sale at the moment. Expensive cog I know , but if you're desperate!

tried superglue but it just broke again when putting shaft in.:Sad:

have put it all back together to use manually so can't measure shaft yet.

too much of an expense the ebay one for the sake of a bit of plastic.

so will carry on manually.

Gear gears and more gears. Might be one if you are lucky.
