Problems with alphatronic tv... Can't get picture (1 Viewer)

Hi can anyone help no signal on TV in 'lounge' Can't get anything. Checked tv in bedroom and that works (through sat dish)
We r away on the Wirral, signal seems ok?
We r new Carthago owners so pls bear with us if we r doing something 'simple' that's wrong haha

If you look at the menu on the tv, on the first page at the bottom is a setting for switching the power on to the aerial. As its a powered aerial on a Carthago the tv won't work without it. We only picked our Carthago up two weeks ago and had the same problem!
