I received email from CCC with group offers, one of which is for a ProNav PNN350 sat nav for caravans / motorhomes UK only £129.99. Anyone know anything about these, sounds good to me.

I have no experience of ProNav (I'm a Garmin user) but I have had a quick look at the CCC offer and the ProNav website for user instructions.

From what I can make out, the CCC group purchase offer of £129.99 is for a UK-only model, not Europe. The ProNav appears NOT to be able to accept user's own POI files, only those pre-installed. Also, I do not think a destination can be input in Lat/Long co-ordinates format, only postcodes and addresses.

Perhaps a ProNav user can confirm or correct my assessment.

I spoke to Navevo when the Pronav products were first put on the market and they told me that user PoI sets could not be added.

In addition, like all the large vehicle products "height, width, weight, length data for the UK" is likely to be based on legal orders not physical measurements - other companies admit that on their web sites.
