i have a two 125amp batteries joined together making a ban k of 250. I also have an inverter connected to these batteries, how long could I safety run a 30 watt fan for roughly with this set up ?

Quick calculation indicates 50 hours provided nothing else on, no charge, batteries fully charged at start and in new condition.

As @WillH said.. and for future reference.. how that answer is worked out

Fan draws 30w /12v = 2.5 Amps

To protect the batteries, good practice is not to go below 50% capacity..

So, you have 125Ah capacity ( 50% of 250ah ) 125/2.5 = 50hrs
