hi,
on my visit to essex last weekend i stopped on a cc c/l for the night and next morning in daylight i spotted a hymer lurking in the bushes. the only other m/home on site and apparantly unoccupied(blinds and screens in place) so i placed a couple of Jims Motorhomefun fliers under the wiper. the van WASNT unoccupied. the guy came out like a bullet and snatched the fliers from the screen. the look i got anyone would think i'd killed his dog and assaulted his wife.
i explained to him what it was all about and he turned out to be an OK bloke.:thumb:
he'd rented out his house 3 years ago then sold it 1 year ago and was full timing
heading to spain for 6 months.
anyway, the moral of the tale is..........POST YER FLIER THEN RUN LIKE HELL.
