Ican enter recent threads but if I wanted add my one how I how do I go about it?

Do you mean how do you start a new thread? You've done it!
Go to Forums.
Choose most appropriate.
Click on Post new Thread.

To Post in an existing thread. Go to the bottom of the page ( or end of thread) you'll see your own box with your avatar on it. Type your reply. Click post reply.

If I've misunderstood your question ( nearly half past 3 and not been to sleep yet) ignore above!

Hi Geo, you posted the other day saying you couldn't log in to fun! you had to be logged in to post! Today you start a thread asking how to start a thread!!!! . I know forums can be a bit overwhelming at first, spend ten minutes reading here and you should crack it. .
