Ok update so far .
The first weekend in December is the craft fair and we would not be able to use the room that weekend . So the last weekend in November or the 2nd weekend in December for a Christmas tinsel and festivities Funsters weekend could be a possibility. What do you all think ? It would be £15 per van with Ehu per night
The room is also available for the Christmas week at same cost if we wanted to proceed with that as well . However the Kitchen that is available only has stainless steel work tops there are no ovens or top burners etc we would have to provide our own . Personally I think the Chritmas tinsel and festivities Funster weekend would be more viable with a American table where we all bring somthing like we did at New Year . What do you all think ? Regards Kate

I agree that an early December meet would suit most folks, well would suit us -weekend xmas shopping in Shrewsbury etc and a room to retreat to enjoy ourselves-sounds great(y)

Agree with Jim. We'll go shopping with him. He can buy us a cake and I can choose the Christmas shirt he will buy. I'm sure Lin won't mind.

Someone said that I only wear PLAIN shirts-so I could eat Jo-ca's chocolates without being noticed-WHY would I want to buy cakes?:p

15 + years,
Possibly interested in a pre-Christmas meet, if it doesn't clash with my work Christmas party. Nikki & Paul

The cakes are for your friends ( US ), a very open gesture of good will at Christmas. If the idea disturbs you I will not mention it again. Carry on eating the chocolates. ( what was that man called in that Charles Dickens book ? ) can't think at the moment, I'm sure it will come to me later. X

For those of us doing the bonfire meet I think the December date would be better. It would feel a little more Christmasy in Shrewsbury as well.

We can do either date , but for a Christmas themed meet prefer December.

Hi @Dave K at present nothing has been organised so no agenda as yet . Was going to ask nearer the time what Funsters would like . Open to any suggestions ? Or thoughts . It's just nice to be able to all get together at winter in a nice warm room close to a lovely town . I shall be a discussing this on the rally thread from now on Dave thanks for your enquiry kind regards Kate x
