Choose Travel Times well. M6, M42, M40, A34 all subject to lengthy delays. Especially if someone is considering jumping.

Portsmouth St Malo for me, put your bag in your cabin, nip down to the restaurant and book your table for dinner then sit in the piano bar and sip cocktails and listen to the music until your tables ready. Proper start to your holiday
