And the mystery is solved.

Opened up Vanessa three days ago to be hit with a smelly waft of something, like a really bad fousty smell. Tried opening up all the windows to air it, no success. Looked around for smelly cloths but there was none. Used the damp meter everywhere, nothing showed up except the small patch we knew about . Had mum and my neighbour sniffing everywhere and we still were none the wiser.

I just happened to mention it to someone and they said "Have you checked the drain" DUH ..Yes it was indeed the drain in sink.
Geeze I have read enough threads on the subject here before so should have known.

Oh well a few litres of coke and hopefully all will be well. :)

I have a 7 year old grandkid name Lucy,,
She creates any unknown smells that appear in our van !!!
Also known to deposit in other vans and in Funster tents, You have been warned..
