obvious answer seems to be turn outside shower off, but assume there is more to it than that.

has it always done it or has it just started ?

do your taps have micro switch's or is it a regular pressurised water supply ?

i suspect micro switched and the outside tap is cracked internally...probably frost damage this winter.

the shower tap is turned off so the micro switch is also off but the tap leaks.
open another tap, the pump starts and water will flow from the damaged outside shower tap.

solution....if you dont use the outdoor shower simply buy a couple of push fit end stops and blank off the supply pipes.
if you do use it you need a new tap assembly.
