PLEASE delete advert when SOLD (1 Viewer)

Could members please delete there For Sale advert when the item sells. This will help other members have there sales in view longer.
Not meaning to offend but it in everyone's interest.

Yes..! Just been looking at for sale posts and got really excited that I found what I was lookin for then get to end of comments and it's sold...!

They only have to change the "For sale" title..
