we were left with our 2 dogs on the streets.....we were on an 6-12 month trip 3 months in and we lost everything

That's horrible. I hope your insurers do a good job for you. Did they organise accommodation etc or were your left to sort yourselves out.

So sorry to hear your news. What a shock. Were you in a site or a sosta? At least you have not lost your dogs. Your motorhome is replaceable, your dogs are not. Not much comfort, I know.
