My son and his family [2 children, 8 and 7] will be using our motorhome in July / August. They will be coming to England via Calais. They want to visit London for a few days before heading north to visit family in Liverpool. Any suggestions of where to stay which has access to public transport into London.

Second vote for Abbey Wood CC site. It's already IN London. Great transport links from there. Greenwich closeby, river cruises, station, lots to see.

One word of warning (but you may already know?) The MoHo needs to be compliant with the LEZ (London Emissions Zone). Just google it if unsure.

The site gets busy in the summer with European and UK visitors.

40 years caravanning. New A-class Moho owners
We're going back to Crystal Palace again this year. No 3 bus outside the site takes you as far as Oxford Circus if memory serves. Lots of nationalities there last time. Busy site. Mike
