Exploring a potential site for October this year. As it's Spain, won't be taking the a-frame so wondered if it's easy to get about from Pinar? Any public transport available etc'.
    Any advice appreciated.

The donkey picks you at 09:00 every morning and returns 18:00 in the evening.

Yeh, when they complain all the bosses say is "be grateful you're not a bull".

We're at Pinar San Jose now for our 6th winter!

Not very good for public transport - only 2 buses a day into Conil, Barbate and Cadiz unfortunately.

For the 1st 4 years we had a Knaus A class. We used to take it out occasionally but not very often. We used to hire a car also for a few months - you can get quite cheap car hire these days by booking on-line and collecting from Jerez Airport. - It's do-able

For the last 2 years we've stored a caravan on site and travel here in a WildAx camper - long wheelbased Citroen Relay.
We use this as a car now and can get anywhere around here in it
There is a very good supermarket on site (Coviran), plenty of good walks and bike rides too.
