Hi all, Can anyone tell me how to turn a picture in to a avtar, (if thats the correct spelling) you know, the minature that are used as a logo.

As you can see I have tried to create an avatar. That is as far as I got. HELP!! What do I do to get it like you guys have.!!! I need to get the smaller one over to the left where my name and info is.!!!
