In France as that is where we live...went through all the induction which in the main I forgot immediately as I was so intent in desperately trying to translate everything said into English in 'real-time'..

At the end the highly efficient lady who dealt with all the administration, handed over everything including a check-list which we signed, on which there was a 'recommendation' that between 1200-1500 kms we should take the MH to a Fiat MH specialist to have the 'tracking' checked...

I've looked in the Fiat manual, service book etc. and it is not mentioned, any body else come across this before?

All new commercial vehicles should have the tracking checked after about 1000 miles, often found vehicles of all makes to be as much as 10 degrees out

10 degrees? Really? You can see if the tracking is out by that much just by looking at it.

It happens I,m afraid Had many upset customers moaning about tyre wear when we referred to manufacturer they said tracking is only approximate as body fitting effects the suspension and would need checking after 1000 miles, we had an four wheel steer that was so bad it would not drive a straight line from new

Service intervals are 2 years or 30000 miles so it'll more than likely have gone through a set of front tyres by then....Under French rules as it is over 3500kgs it will need a CT (MOT) every year so I think it gets checked on that...

Its done about 2250kms now so I'll try and get it checked over the next week or two if I the Fiat Camper specialist locally is open in August...
