I've tried to upload a few piccies for the competition, unsuccessfully. It's probably because they're too big - can anyone tell me how I get them to the correct size for the competition please?

Get irfanview.exe.

Use resize to get them to 800xYYY.

Then "save as" and you can set a 100K size limit which is big enough.

i use this one from microsoft power tools for windows. (free)

just a couple of clicks and its resized.
