Wow, can't believe what a great weekend we have had.

We went to the southern Newfoundland fun day, a day designed to help the club raise money for its welfare dogs.

Took Tara along for the second time (we went 2 years ago) and had a great time with fellow funsters Mike Carol and Heidi (drago65).

Can't believe how much Tara won. She is covered in rosettes, she won
    Prettiest Bitch
Dog Judge would most like to take home,
    Best in Show (novelty)
    Award for rescue dog,
    Egg and spoon race
    Sack race finalist.

Then she had a swim in the real mucky pond and tried drowning another Newfie, who's over zealous owner, much to Mike Mine Carol and Nikki's complete and utter amazement dived in to save her girl ... OMG laugh we nearly died.

Then after getting dried off I got to do carting. And passed the beginer's draught test.

Never seen so many huge beautiful dogs in one place at one time.

So lucky to be invited and we had a great weekend with free camping, entertainment and just a load of real doggy people that made us really laugh.....

    hopefully here's a few snaps.
