oh: This is a good un. Phoned Phantom Tracker on fri to arrange fitting and pay for a Phantom Pro System to be fitted to our Wildcat which is up at www.ccrv.co.uk. No Prob sir will get engineer to call to arrange fitting at ccrv mildenhall. Brill !! On mon a guy rings me at home in e sussex to say he is in Hastings to fit my tracker. ok i say that could be difficult as the Units in Suffolk. He says will pass back to Phantom. Hear nothing Tue , so ring , person i speak to no's nothing and says will pass onto person who took order. No one called back, I called back to be told they faxed to wrong engineer, no sorry or bugger all. they promised that by 12 lunch today they would have fitment date, yep still waiting for that phone call. we are so glad that we spent £800 on what seems nothing and to be honest i feel terrible service

Vanbitz takes some beating for security IMHO good honest advice first class work and they do know what they are doing

smart track are crap
we are on our third unit now
and its been fitted in 3 different possitions
i get 50 mles down the road after leaving it on
give them a ring and ask them where my 5ver is
and then ask why i havent been rung to say its moving
all i get is you need to reset it what a joke........
