Have noticed my motorhome engine fan is coming on after 1/2 mile driving and remaining on for duration of journey whether its 3 miles or 100 miles. Is this damaging the engine? No engine management lights are on and temperature gauge remains on about 1/2 Local garage can't fit me in till next Tues and was hoping to go away over the weekend

Not damaging engine per say, but certainly delaying warm up thereby using more fuel, you need fan temp sensing device checking, is this a new occurrence or has it always done this whilst you've owned it

Its new and does coincide with losing approx. 5 mpg
