We are taking a trip to Brugge with our dog for just 3 nights,
Can we get her passport stamped in the UK the day we go.
And will we need to visit a vet before we return as its only 3 nights.

You don't need to get it stamped in the UK just produce passport when going through passport control but it does need to be stamped before you return a minimum 24hrs before ,suggest you get it stamped ready for return when you arrive at your destination if you are only stopping 3 days lol.Enjoy.

You can have the worm treatment and health check all done in the UK before you leave. :) There something on the official website about short trips which covers this. As long as it has been done within the last 5 days before returning you are fine.

Edit: Here it is, see the section called day trips. Which is misleading as their day has 120 hours. :) https://www.gov.uk/take-pet-abroad/tapeworm-treatment-dogs

Yes you can.

You need to get a tapeworm treatment administered by a vet and this is what they stamp the passport for.

As long as it's between 24 and 120 hours of your ferry/tunnel back you can get it done wherever you like. At a UK vet before you travel is perfectly OK.
