Pet insurance for longer than 31 days

    What companies do people use? Our current insurance for our dog states trips can only be of 31 days or less. We would like insurance for around 42 days.

    We have more than premier, 3 trips per year up to 60 days per trip.

    dont bother with it . never have . you can bury the pet in any country.
    many would save a fortune with no break down /recovery ins . all costs .

    This refers to trips abroad. I assume that's what you meant?

    If nothing needing a vets visit happens in the first 11 days they'll never know.

    I thought about this.......eg how would they know if it was our 4th visit but then thought they might ask for travel documents, pet passport etc

    Knowing how ins cos will do anything to get out of paying a claim.

    @Lizi if you phone your insurer they may agree to extend it for a fee.
