A marquee wil be hired for the weekend £300 divided by however many vans we get .
Fri 22nd to the Monday 25th September cost will be £10 per night per unit no ehu + plus one payment of £8 towards the hire of the marquee unless numbers drop and we may need to ask more .
There is so much to do at Pembrey Park
The vintage steam rally will also be on that weekend . Loads of stalls vintage cars miniature railway . Free bus (just make a donation ) takes you &picks you up around the park.

PLEASE NOTE
Ray has asked that if you could please put your 10 pound per night into an envelope and seal it with your forum name and number of nights you will be staying on the front of the envelope .
In a seperate sealed envelope could you please put 8 pound for money towards the cost of the marquee please put your forum name & money for marquee on the front of the envelope
