How can I get payload increased new van Challenger Genesis 398eb rated 3500kg on papers but plate says 5150kg believe limit goes on papers, MH is Spanish registered

If you're keeping it Spanish registered you're going to need to talk to someone who knows how the Spanish system works.

I suspect that what you will get here will be lots of very good advice about how it works in the UK, all of which will be completely useless to you.

Which number on the plate are you referring to? They are-
1 max on the road
2 front axle
3 rear axle
4 max with trailer

I would think the 5150kg is max plus trailer.
