I'm away in France when my subscription is due, I may not have wifi or data (now this is strange, coming from a Yorkshireman) can I pay early before I go? and if so how do I do it?

You can just pay it before you go. Jim will just add it on to your subscription to extend it by however much you're early.

Should have known, when I looked at my account there is provision to pay at any time. Now done so i'm safe for over a year
